Simone Smalls is the Founder and CEO of Simone Smalls Public Relations, Inc. — a leading public relations and strategic marketing agency specializing in entertainment, sports, lifestyle and corporate brand industries.

From music artists, television and film stars, awards shows, entertainment and sports companies, corporate executives, non-profit organizations, authors, speakers, and fashion/lifestyle brands, Ms. Smalls has facilitated comprehensive campaigns that have expanded brand awareness, business expansion and provided optimal visibility for her clients.

Ms. Smalls has implemented cohesive brand strategy for corporations and brands such as NASCAR, Dale Earnhardt Inc., USA Swimming and USA Swimming Foundation, BET Networks, HGTV, USA Track & Field, BeachBody (makers of P90X), Target, BING, Procter & Gamble, L’Oreal, A&E, Starz, Cirque De Soleil, McDonalds, Diageo, Lagardére North America and The Nelson Mandela Foundation, among others.

Representing an array of the most prominent names in music and entertainment, Ms. Smalls is known for designing customized public relations strategies with seamless execution that have made significant impact. She is widely recognized as the architect behind the success of pop superstar Usher, transitioning him from a teen R&B singer to one of music’s biggest global talent brands. She was also responsible for launching, a then 15-year old newcomer named Justin Bieber, as Usher’s new artist and protégé. Before launching her own company in 2008, Ms. Smalls worked in various executive positions in the public relations field; becoming the first African-American Senior Vice President at a New York based music and lifestyle publicity agency. Prior to that she held various positions in the fashion industry.

Ms. Smalls volunteers her time to a few educational, cultural and faith-based causes; and mentors young girls and students to strive for excellence and realize their full potential for success.

Simone Smalls has been featured in various media outlets and has been honored by several organizations for her work in public relations and marketing. She is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology and resides in New York City.
